The Last Steam Update problem

every time after that last steam update i cant connect to any servers cause "The server you are trying to connect to is running an older " keeps poping up. Help ME! :cry:

our server is set to auto update every morning at 6am and restart. If you get a steam update the night before, then our server is down until the next morning. We all see that. I am working on a solution with Seth and this should be resolved soon.
Just when I thought I was out... they pull me back in.
